Jeden z najjednoduchších spôsobov detekcie netesností pri výrobkoch, ktoré je možné uzavrieť a natlakovať vhodným plynným médiom je ich ponáranie do kvapaliny a následná vizuálna kontrola únikov plynu.
Pre tieto účely sme navrhli tester jednoduchých tvárnených a zváraných výrobkov. Umožňuje upnúť a naplniť vzduchom viacej kusov naraz. Tieto su potom ponorené do vane z vodou, kde operátor sleduje prípadný únik vzduchu vo forme bublín.
