Checking the mounting of plain bearings

This device is designed to check the presence of metal inserts in four different types of the plastic moldings.

The operator places the test part on the table and presses the two-hand control buttons. The part is then locked in position with pneumatic cylinders, inductive sensors detect the presence of rings. A correctly fitted piece marks the pneumatic cylinder with a tip at a specified location, in case of incorrect fitting or missing rings, the given piece remains locked on the table.
